Job title: M&R Assistant

Reports To: Operation Manger

Overview:

Documentation support for M&R

Responsibilities:          

Cost stat. of owner part against investors and forward to IR dept.

Help IR dept verify the accuracy, to avoid double charge.

Monthly M&R work report to OPS manager.

Daily estimate processing in Asia (67 deopts)

Monitor depot performance and depot repair speed.

Get customer approval for partial Asia estimates (APL, RESEUL)

Make repair billing for crosschecking in Asia.

Update repair cost and container condition in Asia

Repair invoice checking

File estimate and lessee approval.

Basic requirements:

* Bachelor degree with major in shipping, logistics etc.

 * Good at English in oral and writting;
 * Patient, Initiative, commitment, cooperative;
 * Basic knowledge on IT issues.
