工作职责:
1.收集人才市场信息,归纳整理
2.通过合适的方式寻找目标候选人
3.通过电话或直接面试,初步筛选候选人
4.协助顾问完成招聘及其他相关工作
要求:
1. 大专或以上学历,对于猎头工作具有强烈的兴趣;有长期发展的意愿
2. 化工,机械,电子,IT等理工科专业学生,优先考虑
3. 良好的沟通技巧及抗压能力,能适应快节奏的工作,性格开朗,责任心强
4. 较强的学习能力,坚韧及锲而不舍的精神
Responsibilities:
- Collect information on talent market and build up database accordingly;
- Screen and identify potential candidates by telephone interview and face-to-face interview;
- Assist in candidate report preparation;
- Support consultant to develop strategies on executive search;
- Other jobs assigned by the manager.
Requirement:
- Diploma’s degree or above;
- Good communication skills;
- Be able to work under pressure;
- Open-minded, flexible and result-oriented;
- Good command of oral English;
- Solid skills in computer and internet search.
