二、             招聘岗位及职责

1、  技术督导：

JD岗位职责

1.       实施服务勘察，提交适当的书面报告；

2.       进行分公司服务审计，监督服务质量；

3.       负责有害生物防制知识的培训、宣传、普及和安全工作。

2、  服务部：

JD岗位职责

1．  根据公司手册指南为新合约、单约、常规访问及投诉提供治理服务；

2．  及时准确地完成必需的服务卡、服务报告；

3．  确保药品使用及卫生服务技术符合公司规定，遵守安全防范措施。

3、  营运部：

JD岗位职责

1．  负责新合约/单约的录入、系统管理；打印相关单据；

2．  接听客户服务、咨询或投诉电话，做好相应记录；

3．  及时更新系统信息，确保遵循并实施公司相关政策及销售运营流程。
