1、岗位及名额：

          ▲ 国际课程的数学、物理、化学、生物、计算机、经济学学科双语教师各6名；

▲ 国际课程的英语教师10名。

        2、招聘条件：

▲ 男女不限，数学/物理/化学/生物/经济学/计算机/英语等相关专业大学本科以上学历，应届、

历届毕业生均可，有教学经验者优先考虑;

▲ 专业课程学业优秀，英语听说读写能力强，发音标准，吐字清晰，声音洪亮；

3、岗位职责：

▲ 协助外籍教师做好课前资料及教学教具准备；
▲ 收集学生课业疑难问题并及时解答学生问题；
▲ 协助外籍教师做好对内与对外的沟通；
▲ 协助外籍教师使用双语完成辅导、批改作业、考核等工作；
▲ 承担一定课时量的独立教学任务；

▲ 协助学校处理与教学相关其它事务，接受学校和教务处的工作安排。

    1、培训机构：

（香港）爱德教师培训学院与“英国爱德思国家职业学历与学术考试局”（简称Edexcel）和“美

国大学理事会”（College Board）三方强强联手，共同培训。

       2、培训期限：

培训期限为6个月，由（香港）爱德教师培训学院颁发“双语教师/英语教师资格证书”。

3、培训课程安排：

          ▲理论课程：包括英语、专业英语、国际标准化考试、教学技能、学生管理、国际教育模式与理

念、个案/教案分析与撰写、教学信息采集与应用、班主任工作的技能与技巧等；

          ▲实践课程：在外籍教师的辅导下，完成一定课时量的听课/评课/授课实践；

          ▲结业考试：书面测评和授课测评。

 

● 就业与薪资：

1、就业政策：

▲经（香港）爱德教师培训学院培训并取得“双语教师资格证书”的学员，可直接分配至（香港）

爱德教育集团国际教育学院所在中国大陆地区省会城市教学基地担任双语教师。主要城市包括上海、广州、重庆、北京、南京、深圳等；

          ▲就业签约期限：不少于3年

        2、薪资待遇：

       6000-8000元/月 (含月薪+学期绩效+餐补+五险)

2. The Qualification of Application:

▲ College or university degree or above in relevant areas;

▲ Teaching experience is preferable;

▲ Pursuing careers in education;

▲ Outstanding academic performance;

▲ Good awareness of Ethics & Professional Conducts

 

3. The Job Responsibilities

▲ Assist foreign teachers in preparing literature and teaching aids;

▲ Collect and take questions from students in a timely manner;

▲ Collect teaching-related data and provide a necessary analysis;

▲ Assist foreign teachers in internal and external communication;

▲ Support foreign teachers by conducting tutoring, grading and assessment in a bilingual way

▲ Responsible for a certain amount of independent teaching;

▲ Complete other related tasks by the learning center.

 

●Training Provider

1.     Training Provider

This training package is jointly provided by Hongkong Elite Teachers Training College, Edexcel (U.K.), and College Board(U.S.A.).

 

2. Duration of Training

This training extends 6 months and the “Certificate of Bilingual Teachers”  or the “Certificate of English Teachers” will be issued by Hongkong Elite Teachers Training College upon completion.

 

3. Units of Training Package

▲ Theoretical Learning:

English, Academic English, International Standardized Tests, Teaching Skills & Student-Affairs Coordination, International Practices in Education, Case study, Creation of Session Plan, Exploration & Application of Learning Resources, Working Effectively as a Class Teacher.

 

▲ Practical Learning:

Complete a certain amount of class observation, class assessment and class teaching, as supported by foreign teachers.

 

▲ Examination for Course Completion

Written Test plus Class Teaching

 

● Employment & Remuneration

Employment Policies

▲After successfully completing the training and being issued the “Certificate of Bilingual Teachers” by (Hongkong) Elite Teachers Training College, the job applicant shall be designated to work as a bilingual teacher/English teacher at a learning center in one of the major cities in Mainland China, including Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chongqing, Beijing, Nanjing, and Shenzhen.

 

Contract Period of Employment:

A Minimum of 3 Years

       

2. The Remuneration Being Offered:

6000-8000RMB per month(including monthly salary, performance-based income, lunch subsidy, and benefits in pension insurance, medical insurance, unemployment insurance, workers' compensation and maternity insurance.
