JOB DESCRIPTION： 

1 Cash: Be responsible for preparing daily cash statement and checking the amount every day. 

2 Bank: Assist in preparing bank deposit journal and weekly report and monthly bank reconciliation statement and preparing the payment voucher.

3 Payment: Be responsible for preparing payment request 

4 Be responsible for reviewing the individual payment request and arrange the payment 

5 Assist Finance supervisor and Finance manager to fulfill the daily issues 

6 Assist internal and external audit and quarterly/annual tax filing

Preferred Education & Experience:

1 Shanghai local college graduates

2 Well organized and structured way of working

3 Capacity to communicate actively with the team 

4 Good command of English in written
