Due the further business expansion, we’re looking for Assistant Researcher to join us, with:

 

Responsibilities:

1. You will act as part of our main channel to identify talents in our targeted functions by cold calling and other candidate sourcing tools from our current market contacts;

2. You will familiarize yourself with the current assignments our consultants are handling and recommend potential candidates to our consultants;

3. You will contribute to our database on a regular basis to help make it the key engine driving up our efficiency;

4. Generate other valuable business leads from the market;

5. Attend regular training programs to contribute knowledge to colleagues;

6. Other assignments and tasks as required by the consultants and the company.

 

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above

2. Have basic understanding of telephone business, or basic understanding headhunting industry, or intership within similar business environments preferred

3. Proficient skill of windows office , such as Word ,Excel and so on

4. Good English in reading, writing and speaking

5. Good communication and interpersonal skill

6. Open-minded, hardworking and pursue challenging work;

7. Help to interview candidate as well as writing up summary reports

8. Able to work independently and self-motivated.

Responsibilities:

1. You will act as part of our main channel to identify client in our targeted functions by cold calling and other candidate sourcing tools from our current market contacts;

2. Brand & market research, make analyze of the market to find potential customers;

3. Assist with the integration of disparate data sources to assist in the managing and planning of the business;

4. Supporting BD Managers in the management of BD List, BD team periodically make data management and statistics;

5. You will contribute to our database on a regular basis to help make it the key engine driving up our efficiency;

6. Generate other valuable business leads from the market;

7. Attend regular training programs to contribute knowledge to colleagues;

8. Other assignments and tasks as required by the BD Manager and the company.

 

 

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above
