Position Title: Production Technician

Job Responsibilities

1. Lead shift team to maintain high vigilance and awareness always when working and conducting regular work areas checks to spot potential breach of security and timely intervention/reporting of such observations.                     

2. Enhance operators’ LPO awareness, ensure the compliance of SHE and security policy.  Ensure production contractors adhere to established standard operating procedures, work instructions to achieve safe working environment and flawless execution of operations.                        

3. Execute lube blending / filling duties according to schedule and comply with procedure for product quality. Arrange the operators of blending/filling to achieve daily blending / filling plan in time.                      

4. Supervise blending / filling operators’ operation. Report in a timely manner any emergency on incident to production supervisor and/or production manager, taking effective measures according to company guideline and supervisor’s advice to mitigate the incident.                    

5. Optimize utilization of manpower and facilities to achieve production targets.                           

6. Work with production planner to achieve optimal production throughput with authorized manning.                        

7. Ensure the operating equipment is in serviceable condition by working with M&R team to maintain equipment for operation use at rated speed. Communicate with M&R team for major breakdown repairs.                    

8. Help to investigate any technical and process quality issues, assists in investigation on customer complaints on quality.

Requirements of Candidates

Basic English reading and writing skills

Be familiar with MS Office and other basic computer skills

Good communication and team work

Be disciplined and have positive attitude on continuous improvements
