-            Good English written and oral skills (CET 6 and higher level)

-            Ability to multitask among multiple customers and applications

-            Ability to work with complex procedures and program guidelines

-            Patience and Empathy in customer interactions

-            Active listening skills

-            Inbound customer service skillset in field of software technologies

-            Familiar with application tools used at call centers

职位2：Front End Web Engineer/ Designer

·          Bachelor Degree in computer science

·          Experience of designing and building front ends using HTML5, CSS3, JQuery, JavaScript and some AJAX to build fantastic interactive front ends.

·          In-page interaction with user action and DOM manipulation skills

·          Cross PC and Mobile browser user experience design / implementation

·          Experience creating HTML layouts from Photoshop mockups

·          Good Flash and ActionScript is an advantage.
