Trainee (5-7person)

Job Responsibilities:

-Accepting training of cold call、mapping、pitch、screening、draft profile、interview、reference check

-Draft Job Description based upon info. Provided by Client and doing the general marketing research
- Cold call to find potential candidates in the market Sourcing candidate from various channels like Database
- Conduct the telephone screening and make comments
-Arrange interviews for candidates and follow the recruiting process
-Support consultant in other recruiting process：making report, reference check, confirming offer

-Having the ability of learning and the expectation of career development
- Strong sense of responsibility and willing to share with team
-Working under pressure, passionate, optimistic and persistent personality
- Good oral English and related experience is a plus

猎头顾问助理（培训生）

职位说明：

-接受关于cold call、mapping、pitch、screening、draft profile、interview、reference check等方面的在职培训

-协助分析客户提交的职位信息并做初级的市场人才分析
-通过电话寻找合适的候选人，通过其他渠道例如数据库等寻找合适的候选人
-对潜在的候选人初步电话筛选并给予基本的评价

-协助并参与候选人的面试并跟踪好其他环节的招聘流程
-协助顾问在其他招聘流程上提供帮助，例如准备搜寻报告，做候选人的背景调查，offer的确定

-具有较强的学习能力和职业发展期望
-英语口语优秀者或相关经验优先
-能在压力下工作，积极、乐观、坚持
