Title:   Intern

BU/Department:　 CRS

Reports to:  segment leader and operation manager

Purpose: This is a role concurrently held by a junior broker to help operation manager and line manager on team operation and client service.

Job Content   1、Provide insurance broker service to network clients, identify and solve client problems with assistance from line manager. 2、Act as day to day contact point for clients ranging from underwriting to claims issues 3、Consolidate and coordinate corporate functions’ resources and supporting, including Sales Management, HR, Finance, Admin, IT, Legal and compliance, and China Hub. 4、Take responsibility to organize the business events and training sessions on schedule, consolidating Admin and sales management’ support. 5、Other job assigned by BU/Segment leader and/or Specialty Operation Manager

Education and/or Experience   1、Undergraduate (Junior &Senior), 2、The major in Insurance or English is better 3、Fluent in both spoken and written English

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:   1、Understand broker and insurance business 2、Excellent interpersonal and organizational and problem-solving skills 3、Able to use MS office applications, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint;
