Position: Documentation/Operation/Billing Intern

 

Dept: Ocean/CS/Air

 

Location: Downtown/WGQ/PVG

 

Responsibility:

 

l Handling daily administration issue;

 

l Handing paper work;

 

l Simple business operation;

 

Requirements:

 

l Junior students with at least college degree

 

l Good oral and written English

 

l Basic computer skills are necessary (MS Excel/Word/Outlook).

 

l Good interpersonal communication and coordination

 

l At least 6 moths internship and guarantee least 4 days a week

 

l Willing to work under pressure and self motivated;

工作性质：实习生（表现优异者可留任）

 

招聘部门：海运/空运单证、操作以及结算

 

工作地点：卢湾区/外高桥保税区/浦东机场

 

主要职责：

 

l 处理日常部门部分行政协调工作

 

l 独立处理表格报告等整理工作

 

l 负责简单的业务型操作工作

 

要求：

 

l 大四学生（表现突出者有机会留任）

 

l 较好的英语口语及写作水平，能够处理简单的来往邮件

 

l 基础的计算机水平（微软办公软件）

 

l 良好的人际沟通能力及协作能力

 

l 至少6个月的实习期，一周4天及以上

 

l 能够承担压力，并且愿意自主学习专业知识
