主要职责:

l   解答呼入客户的问询,致电合格的潜在客户

l   在网上寻找目标公司

l   保证质量地解答客户咨询,为销售团队带来更多的有效客户

l   提供基本的产品信息

l   安排销售团队给潜在客户做产品演示

l   跟进各种市场推广活动及项目

 

任职要求:

l   本科以上学历

l   在本公司发展的意向

l   优秀的中英文书面和口头沟通技巧

l   了解Contact Management ToolsMicrosoft Office

l   良好的人际交往能力和充分的积极性

Inside Sales Specialist

Job Description

Inside Sales is the first point of contact for ChannelAdvisor's future customers. The role of the Inside Sales Specialist will involve providing pre-sales product and solutions support, qualifying all incoming and outbound new business opportunities, and distributing qualified leads to the sales team. This is an excellent opportunity offering a variety of career paths including sales, marketing or account management. You must be a self-starter and have the ability to process large volumes of suspects into leads for our various best-in-class technology solutions.

In order to be successful at ChannelAdvisor in this role you need many skills, including the ability to:

·         Demonstrate the value propositions of our products and services

·         Manage the hundreds of suspects in our CRM system to accurately and efficiently process all opportunities

·         Excel at qualifying each opportunity properly to ensure the right level of follow through and commitment

The ideal candidate is someone who has experience in processing market development suspects into leads and has experience with both phone and email prospect outreach. You must be comfortable on the phone and make multiple calls a day in order to achieve target.

In lieu of significant experience succeeding in a similar capacity, you must demonstrate a passion, energy and drive to succeed in such a role. Finally, we are looking for a candidate that is bright and adaptable.

Essential Job Functions:

·         Greet all inbound customer prospect inquiries and make outbound calls to pre-qualified prospects to identify initial business opportunities

·         Research target companies online in order to pre-qualify

·         Qualify all sales enquiries for potential lead promotion to the sales team for further development

·         Provide general product information

·         Schedule product demonstrations for the sales team from prospecting calls

·         Follow up on various marketing campaigns and events

Required Skills and Experience:

·         Bachelors degree or above

·         Ambition to grow within the organization

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English

·         Knowledge of Contact Management Tools and Microsoft Office

·         Good interpersonal skills; self starter

·         A passion for technology

·         Prior experience with eCommerce is a plus
