职位要求：
1.英语读写良好，CET-4以上；
2.细致耐心，善于沟通，责任感强；
3.学习能力强，对人力资源或e-HR有一定了解者优先；
4.经济管理类专业、有数据录入经验者优先；
5.全日制专科或本科以上学历；
6.每周工作日至少全天工作3天 （培训期结束后可以相对灵活安排时间）。
工作职责/说明：
1.通过阅读NASDAQ/NYSE上市公司（英文）年度薪酬报表，分析各公司的薪酬战略、体系，收集高管薪酬及公司管理架构信息； (公司提供系统的岗前培训)
2.协助薪酬分析员对薪酬调研产生的数据进行整理和归纳；
3.本岗位实习期3-6个月，收入稳定 (80+bonus元/天) ，提供实习证明；
4.工作时间：周一至周五8:30-17:30，可以有一定弹性。
