招聘岗位：Intern- Researcher( 业务部实习生）

职责：

1， 根据客户要求在特定行业对目标公司搜索市场信息

2， 协助顾问及时更新市场信息, 并分析理解客户的行业背景和需求描述

3， 用有创造性且持续性的方式通过不同的渠道鉴别合适的候选人并获取他们的明确信息

4， 通过电话并协助顾问邀约候选人

5， 协助顾问与候选人和客户协调时间，安排面试

6， 其他被分配的任务

Responsibilities:

1, Conduct industrial or market information research and efficiently working out target companies in the right industry

2, Assist to update market information with consultants on timely basis

3, Identify suitable candidates through various channels in a creative and persistent manner, and obtain their resumes

4, Be assist to consultants in arranging interview with candidates

5, Conduct face to face interview as required by consultant or client when necessary

6, Be assist to consultants in interviewing scheduling, communicating with clients & candidates coordination, etc.

6, Other tasks assigned

要求：

1， 本科以上院校在校生

2， 英语四级或四级以上，能用英语进行交流

3， 进取, 热心, 坚韧，开朗

4， 具有出色的沟通能力，具有团队合作精神

5， 热爱零售行业，制造业，IT等行业，有相关行业实习经验者佳

6， 能全天实习或至少可以提供每周三天工作日

Responsibilities:

1,Student in University or recent graduates

2, CET-4 is a must, CET-6 is preferred especially in good oral English

3, Positive, passion, open-minded and can work under pressure.

4, Keen on Retail, Manufacture and IT industry. Related industry internship experience is preferred

5, Good communication skill and team spirit

6, At least 3 working days in one week, full time internship is preferred.
