Job Description:Customer Service RepresentativeShanghai/Beijing

Key tasks: (to be performed in alignment with global guidelines)

          Educate customers on proper use and care of Miele products. 

          Provide application training of Miele products to customer.

          Handle typical business cases to ensure satisfaction of consumers, e.g.

Service requests,
Complaints,
Orders,
Information requests,
Arrange appointments with the consumer

          Sell Miele accessories, care collection and service products.

          Make call centre activities related reports.

          Conduct happy call and generate customer satisfaction KPI report

          Backup of Service Admin (Spare parts management, Maintain consumer database).

 

Job Description:Order SpecialistShanghai/Beijing

Key tasks: (to be performed in alignment with global guidelines)

 

          Handling customer and consumer order in CRM&NAVISION system.

          Coordinating with customer about order confirmation, shipping request etc.

          Provide stock list on time and accurately.

          Handle typical business cases to ensure satisfaction of consumers, e.g.
Product quality,
Delay in delivery,
Orders,
Information requests,
Work closely with related department.

          Tracking orders, shipments and installation

          Service Admin work (Spare parts management, Detergent &Accessories sell).

 

Job Description:Service EngineerShanghai/Beijing

Key tasks: (to be performed in alignment with global guidelines)

          Know, identify and negotiate according to consumer experience management principles

          Perform timely and thorough completion of troubleshooting, diagnostics and repairs

          Educate consumer on proper use and care of Miele products

          Sell Miele accessories, care collection and service products

          Handle and register consumer complaints

          Communicate proactively

          Provide feedback on technical training experiences to help improve training program

          Keep technical knowledge up to date by regular completion of training modules

          Carry out safety tests

          Manage and optimise spare part stock

          Maintain company assigned property

          Administrative tasks such as daily report, expense report, etc.
