Receptionist

Responsibilities:

1. Greet company visitors and direct them to the correct destination.;

2. Answer telephone, screen and direct phone calls. Take and relay messages to related person when necessary.

3. Receive and sort mail, newspaper and deliveries.

4. Check fax through email promptly and send it to related person.

5. Fill in full paper in print machine, copy machine and fax machine every day.

6. Arrange the meeting room booking according to the meeting room registration form.

Requirements:

1. Colleague Degree major in Business Management, Administration, English, German, etc…

2. Qualified knowledge in Administration

3. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

4. Knowledge of basic etiquette.

5. Verbal and written communication skills.

6. Fluent in oral English.
