SUMMARY:

Under general supervision, collects, evaluates, and prepares research and/or other business entity data on behalf of Avox Limited Clients. Prepares analysis and verification of data as appropriate and in line with the Avox Data Standards Manual. Develops, maintains, and ensures quality control of databases. Creates and maintains full and comprehensive audit trails of corroborative sources for all records.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.       Develops data collection methods for the evaluation and quality control of research or operational data.

2.       Collects, analyzes, interprets, and summarizes data in preparation for generation of client reports.

3.       Maintains computerized collection and tracking of relevant data through a comprehensive audit trail of corroborative sources.

4.       Maintains appropriate records of research methods and results.

5.       Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Confident to rely on own initiative and a broad range of tools to provide information that validates, corrects or enriches our clients business entity data.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Ability to gather and analyze data from a variety of electronic sources and generate reports.
• Records maintenance skills.
• Experience in the use of database, spreadsheet and word software.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Skill in the use of personal computers and related software applications.
• Knowledge of internet research methodology, principles and procedures.
• Ability to work on your own initiative and as a team member
• Professional in attitude and appearance

DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS:

Position requires: a) utilization of internet search facilities; b) attention to detail; c) accuracy; d) provision of retraceable and detailed audit trail of corroboration.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT:

• Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
• No or very limited physical effort required.
• No or very limited exposure to physical risk.
