职位描述 
岗位职责:
Responsibilities :

1.协助进行客户订单的登记、组织、确认，对订单和交货情况进行追踪等；
Assist to manage order entry, organization and confirmation; Trace orders and delivery condition.
2.协助更新产品订单列表的；
Assist to update order list;
3.协助跟进客户满意度及后续工作；
Assist to follow customer satisfaction and other successor work;
4.检查仓库中可使用产品的数量及产品交货日期；
Check the quantity of workable product and the delivery date;
5.协助准备发票、信用证、情况说明书、装箱单等有关文件；
Assist to prepare invoices, L/C, situation statement and packing list etc.
6.协助组织客户来访、编写会议记录；
Assist to organize customers’ visit and write minutes;
7.保持产品价格、订单和客户信息的正确性并及时更新数据；
Keep product price, orders and customer’s information correct and complete; Update data timely;
8.协助建立每月销售报告，销售分析报告，市场份额报告等；
Assist to wirte monthly sales report, sales analyzing report and market share report;
9.协助跟进出货工作（交货时间、数量、付款过程等）
Assist to follow product delivery (time, quantity and payment etc.)
10.文件等资料的翻译；
Translate documents and other materials;
11.在工作中使用中英文两种语言；
Use English and Chinese as working language;
12.其他指定的有关工作。
Other tasks as assigned.

岗位要求:
Qualifications:

1.2009年应届本科及本科以上毕业生；
Fresh graduates with bachelor degree or above;
2.英语、国际经济与贸易等相关专业；
English or Inernational Economics & Trade majors;
3.扎实的专业知识，优秀的英语口语和书写能力，良好的分析、组织、计划能力；
Solid professional knowledge, excellent oral and written English and strong capability in analyzing,organizing and planning;
4.良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，工作积极主动、认真细心、责任感强；
Good communication skills and strong team spirit; Proactive ,careful and responsible;
5.熟练应用各类办公软件。
Be proficient in all kinds of office software;
