Administration Assistant行政助理

Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls and receive visitors, handle incoming and outgoing mails and posts, as well as charges with courier vendor

-Maintain office equipments, such as faxing, copy and printing machines,

-Purchase office stationeries and prepare monthly inventory report and payment

-Maintain administrative bills (water bill, phone bill, electricity bill, cleaning bill etc.) and prepare monthly report

-Monitor cleaning staff to ensure the office is maintained at a high level of cleanliness

- Arrange the driver’s schedule and manage the car maintenance

-Maintain employee attendance records and prepare monthly attendance report

-Travel arrangement

- Assist the expats’ in the daily work and household work

- Lunch box ordering

-Assist in the interview process

-Assist in the P-file setup

Qualifications

-College Degree with a major in Business Administration or equivalent.
-Must be fluent in English – both oral and written
-Be proficient in Microsoft office
