eBay APAC Customer Service Center Intern Program

eBay APAC Customer Service Center, located in Shanghai Zhangjiang High Tech Park, offers various of services to customers from Greater China (China Mainland, Hong Kong and Taiwan), Southeast Asia, Japan and Korea in multiple languages including English, Chinese Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai, Korean and Japanese.

General Summary:

Respond to eBay customer inquiries or proactively communicate with eBay customers in an efficient and effective manner via live chat, telephone, email or eBay CS tools.

Purpose of intern program:

1.       Provide a great chance for intern to learn company culture in an international company.

2.       Learn more about business process during the internship.

3.       Learn how to solve problem and communicate with customers.

Specific Duties:

1.       Respond to customer inquiries via live chat/email/phone, and solve customer’s issues in a professional and timely manner.

2.       Outreach customers with product information, site changes and policy updates.

3.       Exercise judgment in the examination, interpretation, and decisions concerning the resolution of problems.

4.       Accurately record customer feedbacks using the customer service tools.

5.       Summarize and provide customer feedback to management.

6.       Maintain departmental standards of quality, customer satisfaction, productivity and problem resolution.

7.       Perform related duties as assigned.

 

Job Requirements:

1.       Bachelor degree graduate in 2012. At least 4 days available per week.

2.       Strong logic thinking and problem solving capability.

3.       Passion on customer service related work.

4.       Good command of oral and written English. Oversea experience is preferred.

5.       Proficiency with Microsoft Office and e-commerce.

6.       Native Cantonese is a plus.

 

Internship:

From June/July, 2011 to 2012. Will convert you from intern to employee if you have good performance during internship.

Salary:

120 RMB/per day + 25 RMB lunch fee/per day
