British Education Ltd was founded in 2003. The Headquarter is located in Shanghai, while there are branches in Beijing, Chengdu and Shenzhen. The company has more than 40 excellent and talented employees.

 

Four departments constitute the main office including School Management, Study Abroad, Schools Guide and Tuition Education.

 

School Management: we operate the Oxford International College brand both in Shanghai and Qingdao. In particular, the Qingdao campus is gorgeous and beautiful. All the teachers graduate from top universities in the UK, who have much experience in teaching. The proportion of OIC students themselves and students studying at the school entering the top universities in the UK is expected to be the majority.

 

Study Abroad: We provide a study abroad consulting source for students aiming to go to famous colleges such as Eton College, Roedean, Westminster, Winchester, and Wycombe Abbey, MSJ and St. Andrews. In addition, we also arrange the Eton Summer Course and Charterhouse Summer Course.

 

The Schools Guide: We have published “The Schools Guide –The Best of British Education” and “The Best of American Education” in-co-operation with Hurun report. In 2010 the series will be expanded to include counties such as Canada and Swiss.

 

Receptionist

Responsibility:

¨       Answering telephone calls and taking messages in a professional manner

¨       Prioritizing workload to meet urgent requests

¨       Administration management and office stuffs purchasing.

¨       Letter writing skills appropriate to recipient

¨       Translate documents English to Chinese and vice-versa

¨       Assisting all staff at busy times

¨       Deal appropriately with clients visiting the office.

¨       Maintaining the reception area

Job Description:

¨       Assistant foreign new staff to settle in (find apartment, communication with maid, pay fees for them, mobiles & number, and etc.)

¨       Purchasing if requested, meal order and restaurant reservation

¨       Regularly updating, revising and maintaining files

¨       Monday & Friday need to work as receptionist (general office work like answering phones, photo copy, scan, fax, courier and drinks for clients, etc.)

¨       Assistance to other staff if necessary

Job Description
·
Create effective and compelling text for different types of marketing vehicles including brochures, websites, press releases, blogs, multimedia presentations, and our company's International Education Guides
·
Develop creative concepts, contribute ideas to the overall marketing strategy and work with other members of the BE team to execute these ideas
·
Translate text from English to Mandarin and Mandarin to English while preserving creative elements
·
Keep up to date with popular culture, trends, and brands that are of interest to our affluent customers
Requirements
·
Excellent writing and communication skills
·
Strong Mandarin and English language skills
·
Ability to translate between English and Mandarin
·
Willingness to work in teams
·
Experience as a creative copywriter
·
Advertising agency preferred
·
Experience with education services or luxury brands preferred

Assistant Relationship Manager

Responsibility:
-Help families choose which boarding school to apply for.
-Assisting parents to fill in the application forms explaining BE's services.
-Help the family prepare for their children going to study overseas
-Maintaining regular contact with the client and the student
-Updating customer information
-Explaining method of payment
-Ensure information from school documents, sent by the school abroad, is passed to parents and assist them to understand it where necessary. Give parental feedback to the school abroad and assist to sort out any queries/problems.
-Translate school-joining packs for parents and make sure they understand clothing requirements etc.    

Communicate with the school abroad over purchases that need to be made in the UK. E.g. uniform.
-Translating school reports/documents for parents as necessary and giving parental feedback/queries to the school abroad
-Assisting and updating the school abroad.
Requirements:
- 25-35 years old, bachelor's degree or above
-Excellent English and Mandarin.;
-more than 2 years related working experience
-Ability to learn and apply knowledge quickly
-Strong organization, coordination, communication and the ability to work under
pressure
-Active, attentive, patient
-Graduate of top tier Chinese university or overseas university
