岗位名称：出纳（2-3个月，实习）

职责描述：

PO Management

1.        Purchase order collection, check, summary and get MD validation;

2.        Purchase order management & documentation;

Bank Management

1.        Bank payment process by online bank, cheque & remittance;

2.        Deposit process with oversea remittance, oversea income declaration, and currency exchage etc;

3.        Company credit card manage and payment process;

Cash Management

1.        Cash advance application process & payment;

2.        Daily small cash payment & cash gathering;

3.        Cash withdraw and inventory;

Staff reimbursement original voucher collection and checking; ensure allexpenditure of reimbursement is under company's policy & budget.

Reporting

1.        Monthly cash flow forecast(weekly update);

2.        Cash & bank reconciliation report monthly;

3.        Monthly PR review;

4.        Monthly internal staff deduction summary;

岗位要求：

1.      男女不限，一周可实习4天

2.      英语四级

3.      踏实，有责任心

4.      有相关财务实习经验的优先考虑
