职位名称：receptionist （实习生，有留用机会）

工作职责

1.       Receive all incoming guests/visitors/clients courteously.

2.       Handle and transfer all incoming telephone calls to the proper individual or provide information and/or take messages, whenever the situation is deemed necessary.

3.       Handle all outgoing mail packages by Courier services collection and record all other incoming/outgoing local courier services daily.

要求：

1.       本科学历

2.       英语口语及书面表达能力

3.       熟练应用微软办公软件

工作地点：淮海中路1045号（靠近襄阳公园）
