Reports to: 销售经理

Purpose: 通过持续不断的市场开拓和客户拜访,赢得客户洽谈机会,向客户提供优质的风险管理咨询和保险经纪方案,达成销售预算目标。

Job Content:
1. 协助开发企业客户,根据客户需求提供专业的风险管理与保险经纪建议;
2. 根据公司销售计划,协助开展各项销售活动,并为客户提供详细的解释和说明;
3. 在销售经理带领和指导下,通过团队合作协助达成销售团队销售预算目标;
4. 与服务团队相互配合做好客户维护工作,扩大新业务机会。
5. 完成个人工作报告及相关的业务汇报工作。

Education and/or Experience:
1. 本科及以上学历,化工原料,金属锻造,纺织,汽车零部件,食品原材料和食品添加剂,物流,生物医药,机电;
2. 对保险及风险管理有一定认知者优先;

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
1.熟练操作Microsoft Office,需具备的PPT制作及Excel报表能力;
2.良好的英语读写技能,CET4级以上;
3.具备良好的沟通能力及演说能力。
