应届毕业生均入选应届生培训计划

 

Intertek China 应届生培育计划

1 目的

通过设立应届生培育计划，为应届生提供系统全面的培训与考核，帮助新入职应届生快

速成长，同时推动部门建立培育发展员工的文化，最终获得高投入的优秀员工，提高员

工保有率，为公司储备人才。

2 方案概述

为新入职的应届生设定两年的培训发展期，过程中每半年评估一次，顺利通过两年培训

发展期的，有资格参与特殊评估，获得有市场竞争力的调薪及升职。

3 适用范围

所有应届本科生/研究生。应届生指于毕业当年12 月底前加入公司的员工。

4 细则

4.1 所有应届生自入职便自动有资格参与该激励方案。

4.2 方案的期限为两年。即目标员工自入职月起计满两年有资格参与特殊评估。当年7

月入职或由实习生转正的，参与两年后的年中评估（通常在7 月）；7 月后入职的，

则统一参与年终评估（通常在12 月）。

4.3 部门总经理指定相关员工担任新入职应届生的发展责任人，通常为其直属上司。

4.4 直属上司包括直属主管及经理全面承担起培育新员工的职责，为新员工设立不同阶

段的目标，每阶段设立不超过5 个具体的工作目标，提供必要的资源和培训方案

帮助其达成目标。其中每半年一次的面谈是必要的，面谈表参照附件(见表“半年

面谈表”)。

4.5 新员工只要在任何一次年终绩效评估达不到要求即自行失去继续参与该计划的资

格。达不到要求指年终绩效评估的分数低于3 分。

4.6 新员工在任职过程中，有任何违反公司规章制度的行为，达到严重违纪的程度的，

即自行失去继续参与该计划的资格。

4.7 两年培训发展期期满后，直属上司提供全面评估，评估的要点为过往两年的年终绩

效评估情况、发展潜力、专业技能、客户导向及沟通协作，各业务线不同类型岗位

适用相应的评估表。具体评估内容参照附件(见表“整体评估表”)。

4.8 评估完毕附上调薪及升职建议方案，由人力资源部经理及业务线总经理批准后执

行。

4.9 HR 参照每年的市场数据及公司业务情况，拟定适用本计划的特殊调薪指引并进行

单独预提。

Chemical Lab Engineer  化学实验室工程师

岗位职责：

1.      实验操作和原始数据分析

2.      实验室设备的日常校准与维护

3.      根据SOP进行产品测试

4.      协助开发新的测试方法

 
招聘要求：

1.      化学、生物、食品相关专业本科学历

2.      对GC/LC/ICP/AA/ICP-MS等相关的仪器设备有了解，并懂得基础操作

3.      良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神

4.      具有良好的英文读写能力

5.      有分析实验室、化学实验室实习经验者优先

6.      有扎实的仪器分析理论基础和具备基本的仪器维护及排除故障的能力者优先 

 

正式员工薪资范围：4K-5K/月  13薪+年终奖金

Customer Service Assistant 客户服务助理

 

工作职责：

 

1)         以各种方式，及时有效地回复客户各种服务信息；

2)         确认客户提出的测试方法，及时有效地推荐准确的测试方法；

3)         建立与客户良好的关系；

4)         确认申请书信息特别是样品描述信息的正确性；

5)         与实验室保持良好的沟通，确保测试及时完成；

6)         在电脑开单系统内登记，准备工作单；

7)         样品编号，分派工作单；

8)         与实验室合作，提供客户各种要求信息；

9)         与实验室合作，处理还样事宜

 

岗位要求：

1)         ·本科学历，对客户服务行业有兴趣

2)         ·英语读写能力良好，英文CET-4或以上

3)         ·能熟练使用计算机工作认真仔细，有责任心

4)         ·具有较强的沟通能力、人际交往能力、适应能力
